Teen Ballet – Ages 13+
For an older beginner, ages 13+, who wishes to learn ballet at an accelerated pace. This class follows a traditional ballet format consisting of barre, center exercises, and across the floor. Students are taught to understand fundamental ballet placement, posture, and technique. Choreography and performance opportunities allow the student practical experience in memorization, coordination, and execution. This is an excellent class for a beginner student with goals of advancing to a pre-professional level. Teen Ballet adheres to a professional dress code. Girls wear black camisole or tank leotard and black skirt, light pink tights, light pink canvas ballet shoes and hair in bun. Boys wear white fitted tee and black leggings or dance pants, and black ballet shoes with socks. Participation in the Dance Showcases is required.

Teen Ballet classes are 55 minutes long and are currently offered:
Monday’s | 10:00AM – 10:55AM
Saturday’s | 12:00PM – 1:00PM
Pricing
Kat’s Artist Tree bills for classes on a monthly basis. Teen Ballet classes are $90 per month.
If a student is already enrolled in another dance class, Teen Ballet is discounted to $50 per month.
