Conditioning for Teens

Our Conditioning class is designed to build strength, flexibility, stamina, and alignment—key foundations for all styles of dance. Whether you’re a dancer looking to support your technique or simply seeking a full-body workout, this class emphasizes body awareness and injury prevention through a mix of stretching, core work, and functional movement.

Each session incorporates dancer-informed exercises that target the muscles most used in dance while improving posture, balance, and control. With a focus on proper form and safe progression, this class is a great complement to any training regimen or fitness routine.

Open to both teens and adults, Conditioning is low-impact but highly effective—no prior dance experience required. Just bring a water bottle, a mat or towel, and clothes you can move in!


Schedule

Conditioning classes are between 30 and 45 minutes long, depending on the schedule. They are currently offered:

Monday’s | 9:00AM – 9:45AM

Monday’s | 6:30PM – 7:00PM

Pricing

Kat’s Artist Tree classes are billed on a monthly basis. Teen Conditioning classes are $90 per month.

If a student is enrolled in another dance class, Teen Conditioning is discounted to $30 per month.
